GalvaDip
The GalvaDip tag will survive the entire hot-dip galvanizing process, both acids and zinc. Companies use GalvaDip to create a secure link between their software and processes and the product itself. It acts as an ID tag which can follow the product from the fabricator to the galvaniser and back again ensuring end-to-end traceability and oversight.
An industry standard, low cost, thermal-transfer printer and ink ribbon is used to generate QR codes and alphanumeric data so that materials can be organised, material movement identified, and powerful analytics generated.

Pre-Galvanising
Traceability pre-galvanizing is essential in the overall production process. As soon as material is produced or delivered, logging it in your system guarantees a timely and accurate delivery. With Galvadip every item can be instantly logged through a unique QR code of visual identifiers. Operators on-site can easily inspect material and with the support of GalvaDip and the ERP process accordingly.
Hot-Dip Galvanising
GalvaDip will survive the entire hot-dip galvanizing process. During the process, which can sometimes take days, regular updates can be received from the tag. If material needs to be re-galvanized GalvaDip will survive.
Post-Galvanising
Post-galvanizing is when jobs need to be confirmed and customers informed. As soon as material returns from the jig a quick scan instantly identify all items and their next stage in the process. With a linked ERP system operators can identify the required yard space or job site. Customers and shippers can also be automatically informed.
GalvaStick
To support GalvaDip we have also developed our GalvaStick adhesive and hang tag. Printed from the same machine, it is highly weather, oil and rust resistant. These tags are for client-focused work or inter-company transfers.
